Albanian Postage Stamps Through History by Rodney Oliver

Dear Anglo-Albanian Association members, friends,

We are fortunate to have among our number Rodney Oliver, an expert philatelist and senior member of the legal profession, who has a specific interest in Albanian postage stamps.

He has agreed to give us a lecture about his Albanian stamp collection via Zoom on Tuesday 22 February with a 6.30pm (UK time) start.  His talk is titled "Albanian postage stamps through history", to emphasise the way that stamps can illustrate the history of their era.  Rodney's talk takes us back to the Ottoman period and forward through the Zog era, Hoxha's Albania and on to the present day.
